Admission and withdrawal :
• The academic year begins in the month of April and ends in the month of March. Boys and girls who are above 3 years of age and below 4 years of age will be admitted in nursery class. A corresponding age limit is set for the next classes.
• A duly filled application form for admission available from the school office during the prescribed time has to be submitted as the first step of admission process.
• Submission of the application form does not guarantee his or her admission.
• Except the beginners, students before being admitted must pass the diagnostic test in the core subjects. If a student had attended other school he/she must produce Transfer Certificate from that school.
• For nursery and LKG students it is compulsory to attach the attested photocopy of the birth certificate from the Municipality or Panchayath records. No changes will be made in the date of birth and other information which is submitted in the school at the time of admission. Parents must see that they fill in the details of their ward correctly in the application and admission froms.
• The Principal reserves the right to himself, of retaining students whose attendance is irregular, progress in studies is unsatisfactory, conduct is harmful to others, participation in cocurricular activities is lacking and those whose fees are not paid on time. Honesty, cleanliness of person and dress, good manners and loyalty are demanded of each student. Anyone not conforming to the school's ideals in these matters may after due notice to his or her parents, will be asked to leave the school. Immorality, grave insubordination and contempt of authority are always sufficient reasons for dismissal.
• Parents are to inform the Principal well in advance if they want to withdraw the child from the school.
• Children are admitted on their own merit. Do not trust any so called agentsormiddleman. DONATIONSAND RECOMMENDATIONS WILL LEAD TO THE REJECTION OF THE APPLICATION.
Students shall be liable to dismissal from the School on any one of the following grounds :-
Inability to follow classes in English
Continuous lack of progress in studies and character
Acts of indiscipline and insubordination
Absence for more than ten days without prior permission
Immoral acts of stealing, damaging the school property and its fame, misbehavior
Non-payment of Fees
Non-compliance with the rules and regulations of the School
